    just a note to say how good the sailing and coaching was at the weekend, James did a great job of spotting what people were struggling with and gave good info on what to improve, it was very worth while and appreciated.

    Hi

    I put a 2mm thick PTFE disc under the mast foot and it stopped the squeaks
