Vote now for the AGM

As you will know, we were unable to hold the Annual General Meeting at the UK Nationals this summer, due to the Covid 19 restrictions in place at the time. It will therefore be held online, via Zoom on Saturday 28th November at 17.00.

We hope to welcome as many members as possible to join the Committee online for the short meeting. Due to the format we will only be covering the main necessities required by the constitution. Please ensure you cast your votes now on the three motions before the meeting, as voting closes at 16.00 on the 28th November. There will be no opportunity to vote on the motions during the meeting itself.

Please find the Agenda and Officers’ Reports on the Members Area of the website here. It is important that you have your say in the running of the Association and there will be opportunities to ask questions during the meeting.

Don’t forget to join the AGM Zoom meeting 5.00pm on Saturday the 28th November. To access the meeting, click on the link and use the Meeting ID and password sent to you in the email on the 9th November.
