As the venue for the 2024 UK Finn National Championships, Hayling Island Sailing Club is pleased to invite all Finn sailors to come and familiarise or reacquaint themselves with the venue during a two day open meeting at the end of September.

Link to Notice of Race below. Contact HISC office on 02392 463768 to book onsite accommodation if required.

The club is looking forward to hosting a strong end of season fleet at an ideal time of year for an Open.

Couple of clarification points – parking and boat storage available on site for the event. No camping or staying in camper vans overnight on site.

We will experience a high spring tide on the weekend of the Finn Open. The event will be combined with an Open for the OK and Europe fleets and due to the high spring tide it is likely that the racing will take place in the harbour if winds exceed 15knots. If below 15knots then we will race in Hayling Bay.

The club is keen that all those thinking of entering understand this before they enter online.

Online entries will be made availed via the HISC website this week.

    Happy to take any questions.
