Roadford lake will be the venue for a CVRDA event on 14/15 July to which all classic Finns are invited. Roadford is where the classic Finn resurgence really started and we will be made very welcome with racing in the CVRDA fleet but additional prizes solely for the Classic Finns. Racing will be under the CVRDA guidelines which means that while you can race with a modern rig, you’re likely to do much better on handicap with an original Needlespar rig or even a wooden mast. Further details are on the CVRDA website and please note that booking for camping is direct with Roadford lake. I hope a good number of Finns make the effort to attend.
